“Hello, my name is  ____” should be all you need. Be kind and warm and charming. Pick up lines are not recommended. They flat out do not work. She’s a human being, treat her like one. Talking to women you don’t know or are interested in is no different than talking to anyone else. Just be calm, be respectful, smile, be kind and ask questions.
