Life Lessons for the American Gentleman

Lesson No. 147: A Gentleman Waits for Everyone to be Served.

Do not take a drink of your cocktail until everyone at the table has been served theirs. Do not cut into the steak until the rest of the table had a chance to be served. Wait until everyone has been served before you reach for the scotch or the steak knife for your rare cut of beef.
